1. How to create an account on the site?
  You can create an account directly on the home page by clicking on the link "START HERE" below the Yves Rocher logo in the space "MY YVES ROCHER".

Simply complete the form with your personal information and your email address. You will be asked to choose a confidential password that you will need to validate twice. You will then only need to confirm the creation of your account.

How can I modify my e-mail address?
Click on "SIGN IN" in the space MY YVES ROCHER on the home page.
Enter your e-mail address and your password.
In MY PERSONAL INFORMATION click on "CLICK HERE", then change your e-mail-address and click on "SAVE".
2. When will I receive my order?
  We try to send all in-stock products within 8 to 10 working days.
If we have your e-mail address, you will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail. Your customer number will be included in this e-mail to track your order online.
To know where is your parcel, simply click on the link "Track and pay your orders" in the space "Guest Services" on the bottom left side of the screen. You will be asked to enter your customer number and your password (this is your postcode remembering to leave a space between both parts) and click on "CONTINUE".
Your orders will be shown immediately on the screen. To discover the actual status of your order, click on the distributor's link.
3. How can I reach you?
  If you have any queries about our Internet service, an order you placed, or if you need product advice, you can reach our customer service from Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm, on 0870 049 22 22. To send an order, or a payment by post, the address is as follows: Yves Rocher, Columbia House, Apollo Rise, Southwood, Farnborough, GU14 0GT.
4. Do you have a "money back guarantee" ?
  You have our pledge of excellence for every product we create at Yves Rocher. Try any of our products without risk. If you do not agree that our Natural Beauty Care makes you look and feel better than any other product, simply return the product with your invoice for a full refund or credit of your purchase price, no questions asked.

5. What are your return and exchange policies?
  Your satisfaction is our top priority. We do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with each order. If you are not, returning is simple and easy. Just post the item in question back to us at Yves Rocher, Columbia House, Apollo Rise, Southwood, Farnborough, GU14 0GT. We will process your return as quickly as possible and gladly exchange, credit or refund your purchase.
3 refund cases:
-The parcel is returned without being opened, we refund you the price of the parcel and the postage fees.
-You have changed your mind about a product and you send it back; we refund you the price of the product although the postage fees will be at your cost.
-The product is returned due to a problem on our behalf, we refund you the price of the parcel and the postage fees.
6. How and when will I be informed if a product is out of stock?
  Though all of our products are fully stocked before we offer them to you, occasionally demand exceeds supply. If this occurs, we will send your order as soon as possible. If the product is not included in your parcel, this information will be added to your invoice and you will not be charged for it.
7. Can I order with my catalogue / mail order promotion online ?
  To benefit from your mail offer online, simply click on the space "MAIL ORDER OFFER ONLINE". Enter your order number in the yellow box of your order form and then, your customer number in the pink box of your order form. To place your order, follow the online instructions.
8. Do you accept international orders ?
Yves Rocher UK only delivers its products within the United Kingdom. Since Yves Rocher products are distributed in more than 88 countries, you might have access to one of our different websites. Please consult the yves-rocher.com site.
9. How much do I owe you and how can I pay my orders online?
  To know the balance of your order(s):
Simply click on the link "Track and pay your orders" in the space "guest services" on the bottom left side of the screen. You will be asked to enter your customer number and your password (this is your postcode remembering to leave a space between both parts) and click on "CONTINUE".
Your orders will be shown immediately on the screen as well as the outstanding amounts. You can then pay directly online or send in a cheque or postal order to Yves Rocher, Columbia House, Apollo Rise, Southwood, Farnborough, GU14 0GT.

To pay your orders:
Simply click on the link "Track and pay your orders" in the space "guest services" on the bottom left side of the screen. You will be asked to enter your customer number and your password (this is your postcode remembering to leave a space between both parts) and click on "CONTINUE".
Your orders will be shown immediately on the screen.
Simply "tick" the box at the end of the line of the order you wish to pay, and click on "MAKE PAYMENT". Then, enter your credit card details not forgetting the 3-digit security code and click on "VALIDATE MY PAYMENT".
10. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site ?
  Our ordering system is secured with Verisign to maintain the highest level of confidence in the security of your personal information. 11. What if I do not have or do not want to use a credit card ?
  To benefit from our Internet Offers, without a credit card, you can use your debit card, or you simply need to prepare your order on Internet but instead of clicking on "ORDER NOW", you print it. This way, you get a hard copy of your order, which you can post along with a cheque or postal order.

13. Where can I find the list of ingredients ?
